I've been fortunate enough to wear a lot of hats in the design, advertising, and marketing world. In my 20 plus years in the field, I have worked as a graphic designer, art director, set designer, cable wrangler, video editor, web developer, producer, and even done a little copywriting here and there. I wouldn't go back to change a thing, because the experience I gained in all of those different positions was the best way for me to understand how all the pieces of communication can come together to support a central creative strategy.
When I left agency life in DC and relocated to New York, I knew I wanted to focus my energy on meaningful, mission-driven work that truly enriches lives. With that in mind, I sought out positions with cultural organizations focused on the arts and social justice. In 2018, I joined World Monuments Fund (WMF) as its first Creative Director since its founding in 1965. After almost six years in that role, I’m now focused on building partnerships on a consultant basis with similar organizations.
Originally from Baltimore, MD, I’m now based just north of New York City in the beautiful Hudson Valley.
